1. Data Collection: We collect your email address, name, and encrypted password solely for authentication purposes. When you use Dronpoint, we also store your drone mission data (GPS coordinates, altitudes, settings) and solar inspection data (uploaded photos, AI analysis results, shared reports) in our secure cloud database to sync across your devices.

2. Third-Party Services: We do not sell your data. We use trusted third-party services to operate our app:

• Google Firebase: For secure database hosting and user authentication.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
• Google reCAPTCHA: To prevent spam during registration.

3. Cookies & Local Storage: Dronpoint uses local browser storage to temporarily save your mission progress and application preferences so you do not lose data if you accidentally refresh the page. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Your GDPR Rights: You have the right to request a copy of your data or ask for the complete deletion of your account and all associated missions and solar reports at any time. To request data deletion, please use the 'Delete Account' option in your dashboard or contact our support.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account and using Dronpoint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use: You agree to use Dronpoint only for lawful purposes. You must not use our software to plan flights in restricted airspace (No-Fly Zones), over critical infrastructure, or to violate the privacy of others.

3. Limitation of Liability (Flight Safety): Dronpoint is a flight planning and solar inspection tool, not an autopilot. The exported KML files must be imported into DJI software. The Pilot in Command is 100% responsible for the safe execution of the flight. You must manually verify all altitudes, terrain clearance, and route paths in your drone's native application before takeoff. AI Solar Report results are informational only and do not constitute a certified technical inspection. Dronpoint and its creators are not liable for any drone crashes, property damage, loss of equipment, personal injury, regulatory fines, or decisions made based on AI analysis results.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds: The PRO plan is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time via the Account portal. Due to the digital nature of the service, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. The Lifetime plan is a single payment that grants access for the lifetime of the software.

5. Intellectual Property: The software, design, and code of Dronpoint are our intellectual property. The specific mission routes (KMLs) and solar inspection reports you generate remain your property.
